Delivery Terms

Our online store offers several delivery options:

• Courier delivery
  
• In-store pickup
  
• Post terminals
  
• Russian Post

Courier Delivery

You have the option to arrange product delivery through our courier service. Couriers are available on weekdays and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Once the product arrives at our warehouse, our courier service will contact you to coordinate a suitable delivery time and confirm the delivery address.

Upon the courier's arrival, you can open the package, inspect the items for integrity and compliance with the specified configuration. If the items are clothing, you can try them on. The inspection and trying-on time is limited to 15 minutes. Afterward, you can choose to accept or partially or fully decline the purchase.

Delivery is free for orders exceeding 3,000 Russian rubles.

In-store Pickup

You have the option to collect your items from one of our affiliated stores. The list of retail outlets that accept orders from our company will appear in your shopping cart. Once the order is available in your city, you will receive a notification. You can pick up the order from designated store with your order number. A friend or family member can also pick up the order if they know the order number and the recipient's name.

Post Terminal

A post terminal is a self-service kiosk for storing and retrieving ordered items at your convenience.

How to use a post terminal:

• You can choose a convenient post terminal if this system is available in your city.
  
• You will receive a unique code on your phone or email. This means that the item has been delivered to the post terminal.
  
• Input the received code to the post terminal, and adhere to the terminal's instructions.
  
• Proceed to settle the payment for your order using the post terminal.
  
• Collect your order.

The storage period in the post terminal is 3 days, but you can extend it for an equivalent period. To get more information and extend the storage time, visit our partner's website, enter your order number and phone, and follow the instructions provided on the website.

Postal Delivery

If courier service and post terminals are not available in your city, you have the option to arrange delivery through the Russian Post. Upon the arrival of the merchandise, you will receive a postal notification at your registered address.

Prior to remitting the payment, you may conduct an initial assessment of the package's external condition (without breaching the seal). This includes evaluating its weight and overall integrity. If there is any suspicion of non-conformity with the specified specifications or damage to the package, kindly request the assistance of a postal representative to formalize an inspection report. The act of unsealing the package may only be executed subsequent to the payment of the order.

Please note that a single order cannot contain more than 10 items, and its total cost should not exceed 100,000 Russian rubles."
