Product Warranty
The warranty period is the timeframe during which a customer, upon detecting a product defect, has the right to demand that the seller or manufacturer take corrective measures to resolve the issue. The seller is obligated to rectify these defects unless it can be proven that they arose as a result of the customer's violation of product usage guidelines.
When does the warranty period begin?
- When the product is handed over to the consumer, unless specified otherwise in the contract.
- If the purchase date cannot be determined, it begins from the manufacturing date.
- For seasonal items, it starts from the beginning of the season.
- When ordering from an online store, it begins on the day of delivery.
Warranty service includes:
- Rectification of product defects at certified service centers;
- Exchange for a similar product at no additional cost;
- Exchange for a product with an additional payment;
- Return of the product and refund of funds to the buyer's account.

Exchange and return of products of proper quality

The seller guarantees that the buyer can return a product of proper quality within 7 days from the date of purchase if:
- the product has not been put into use and maintains its original appearance, is in its original packaging with all labels, and the purchase documents are available;
- the product is not on the list of products of proper quality that are not subject to return or exchange.
The buyer has the right to exchange a product of proper quality for another item of the same product or a different item of equal value, or for a different item with an additional payment or a refund of the price difference.
Exchange and return of substandard quality products
If a customer discovers defects in a product after the purchase, they have the right to request a replacement from the seller. The replacement must be carried out within 7 days from the date of the claim. In cases requiring an assessment of the product's compliance with specified standards, the exchange should be completed within 20 days.
For technically complex substandard products, they will be replaced with items of the same brand or an equivalent product from another brand with an adjustment in price. Refunds will be processed through the annulment of the sales contract, and the customer will receive a reimbursement equal to the product's value.
Refund of funds
The timeframe for refunding funds depends on the chosen payment method selected by the purchaser.
In the case of cash payments, the refund will be processed at the cashier's desk within a maximum of 10 days following the customer's request for a refund.
If a non-cash payment method was utilized, reimbursement will be promptly credited to the customer's card upon receipt of the customer's refund request.
When electronic payment systems are employed, refunds will be executed to the electronic account within 10 calendar days.
