Is the product price on the website inclusive of VAT?

I have made a payment, but I have not received any information.

After payment, it usually takes 3-5 business days for processing, and sometimes even longer. If it takes longer, please check with your bank. If your bank confirms that everything is in order, inform the sales manager for verification. Other payment methods typically take 1-3 business days.

How long does it take to process an order?

After receiving payment, we typically ship on the same or the next business day. The delivery time will depend on the availability of the product and the chosen delivery method.

How do you solve software problems?

Most software problems can be resolved remotely. We will connect to your computer and check/fix the software.

If I purchase only software, how will I receive it?

Software cannot be provided on a CD/DVD or flash drive. It requires configurations that, in most cases, can only be performed by a professional. We always recommend purchasing software installed on our laptop or installed remotely by us.

If I decide to use my own laptop, what do I need to know?

We recommend using our prepared laptop to ensure the best performance of the software and hardware. If you want to use your own, you should check with us to determine the system requirements you need for using the software.

Which laptops do you offer?

Upon request, we offer used business-class laptops or military-grade Toughbook laptops. All of our laptops are selected for optimal performance with our diagnostic devices and software, in accordance with software requirements.

Do you provide support?

Yes, we primarily provide remote support for electronic devices. After the purchase, we will share the contact information for our technical support team. Technical support will be available online during working hours (09:00-18:00 UTC/GMT+3).

The delivery cost is calculated based on the parameters of your purchase, the weight and size of the items, the delivery address, and the transportation company. The total cost will be automatically added to your quote by the sales manager.

Who is responsible for paying duties and taxes in international shipments?

The recipient of the package(s) is responsible for paying any import duties and taxes that are due upon shipment. Optodiag cannot calculate or request customs duties and taxes when placing an order online.

What should I do if the package is damaged?

Please send photos of the package that detailing the damages to support@optodiag.com. We will investigate the matter. By the way, there is an option to purchase insurance for your delivery. If you're interested, please let the sales manager know before placing your order.
