      Do you provide support?

      Yes, We provide for electronic devices mostly remote support. After your purchase, we will share with you the contact information of your technical support. Your technical support will be online just for you between working hours. (09:00-18:00 UTC/GMT+3).

      Who is responsible for paying duties and taxes for international shipments?

      The Recipient of the package(s) is responsible for any duties and import taxes due upon shipment. Customs and taxes cannot be calculated or required by Optodiag when you place your order online.

      I have made a payment, but did not receive any update.

      If we get funded by bank transfer, it usually demands 3 - 5 business days to be prepared, sometimes even more. If it takes more, please verify with your bank. If the bank informs that everything is in order, please inform the sales manager to check. Other payment methods usually takes 1-3 business days.

      Can I cancel my order?

      Order processing begins after payment. It may not be possible to drop your purchase after payment. In that case, please contact customer service support@optodiag.com.

      What is the difference between OUR Tools and others?

      After the payment is collected, we usually send the same or next business day. Shipping time will depend upon product availability and selected shipping method.

      Full name, shipping address, phone number and email.

      What more payment methods can I use for ordering from OPTODIAG?
      Bank transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram, KoronaPay, Paysend and other payment methods available on request.
      What if the parcel damaged?

      Please, send support@optodiag.com photos of the parcel. How was it prepared, and the damage? We will investigate the case. By the way, there is an option to buy insurance for your delivery. In case you would like that, please inform the sales manager before finalizing the order.

      What are delivery costs?

      Shipping charges are calculated according to the quantity of your purchase, weight, and size of products, shipping address, and the shipping company. The total cost will be adding to your quote automatically by the sales manager.

      What countries are available for shipping?
      We are working worldwide with DHL, EMS, TNT, FEDEX, UPS and DPD.
